Kebijakan pengembalian uang
When you return a Product to us (for instance, because you have cancelled the Contract between us, or have notified us that you do not agree to any change in these Terms and Conditions or in any of our Policies, or because you claim that the Product is defective, or you are not satisfied with the Product), we will examine the returned Product. Provided we are satisfied with the condition of the Product following our examination, we will either replace the item (if returned owing to a defect) or provide you with a refund. If you have requested a refund we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay. We will process the refund as soon as possible.
Non-standard goods sent in accordance with the customers’ orders cannot be accepted for return or credit.
No returns will be accepted after 6 months from date of purchase or without prior approval.
All returns require pre-approval of EOP21.
Buyer is responsible for all freight charges, shipping/transportation, handling and all other charges incurred for product return.
Authorized returns will be subjected to inspection and verification upon product return.
Toner bags found to be cut or opened or tainted WILL NOT be accepted for return.
Bulk toner or loose toners WILL NOT be accepted for return.
Non-genuine* and Counterfeit* products WILL NOT be accepted for return.
No cash refunds are processed.
EOP21 reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized product return.

In the event of shortage, loss or damage:
A. Notify EOP21 immediately upon receipt of goods.
B. We will only consider shortage, loss and damage claims if notified within 24 hours upon receipt of goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
